Using hand-sorted Bourbon and Typica beans from the high altitude areas of Kigali, between 1500 - 1800 metres above sea level. This is a fruity and sweet coffee, displaying subtle hints of cranberries. This medium strength coffee is ideal for sweet espresso or refreshing filter coffee.
