Shipping policy

Standard delivery 
Delivery costs £3.99 within the UK only and is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class. 

Free delivery 
Orders over 1kg qualify for free delivery.

How we work
We want the coffee to arrive with you as fresh as possible. With that in mind, we process our orders every morning, at 11am, and make up our daily roast schedule accordingly. 

Avanti lead time
If we receive your order before 11am, it will be roasted and dispatched on the next working day. If you order after 11am, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days. Working days are Mon - Friday (exc bank holidays).

Postal company lead times
Royal Mail 1st Class 1-2 days delivery aim
Royal Mail 2nd Class 2-3 days delivery aim
DX Express - Next Working day delivery (Mon to Fri only)

Items will be posted to the shipping address received during the checkout process. 

Heavy delivery
Parcels over 15 kg are sometimes sent via DX Express. Please contact us if you require confirmation.

International
We do not currently offer international delivery.
